Meet Kristine

Kristine Martin Anderson is Booz Allen’s chief operating officer (COO) and a member of the company’s Leadership Team. She is an accomplished executive who has successfully built and led high-performing businesses over her 35-year career.

Before becoming COO in 2022, she served as the president of Booz Allen’s civil sector from 2018 to 2022 and led the health team from 2015 to 2018. Prior to joining Booz Allen, she was the vice president for operations and strategy at CareScience, a healthcare software company she helped create in 1992 and take public in 2000.

Her expertise includes scaling businesses, system and software engineering, and healthcare policy.

Kristine holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
